Renovation Project

A renovation project of a simple 2 storey house. We converted it to a more modern look and added elements to avoid it looking flat.

By adding a focal point or emphasis, we were able to create a center that draws the eyes and view the structure as a whole with 2 elements at both sides to add balance and harmony.

The interior is more of a make- up since the function was already there and painting it is all that really matters, but with the exterior concept, it was decided to make it as it looks outside as to not feel a different mood when you're indoors. So with this, additive elements and accents were added to the interior again to avoid it looking dull.
